Refund policy

RETURNS

  • We will happily offer returns and have a 14 day return policy.
  • Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (14 days starts from the time of delivery accepted by customer)
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

EXCHANGES

  • Due to high stock turnover The Keepers Club does not offer the ability to do a direct exchange online. Items to be exchanged should be sent back for a refund and once accepted, you can repurchased as a new order.

THE PROCESS

  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@thekeepersclub.com.au with your order number - Please make sure you do this prior to sending the items you wish to return.
  • Please know that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • The Keepers Club will not be responsible for lost or damaged items if you choose not to track the returned packages.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if the return has be approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your account to be credited.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

FAULTY GOODS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect order please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package at info@thekeepersclub.com.au with your order number and supporting images of any issues found.

If your item is faulty we will happily offer an exchange for a replacement item or a refund/store credit.
