Shipping policy

Firstly, thank you for choosing to shop with us and become part of The Keepers Club.

We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We offer different shipping options to our customers, including standard and express shipping via Australia Post.

  • Standard Delivery: We have a a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for regular post.
  • Express: We offer a flat rate of $17 for Express post within Australia.
  • Postage times will vary depending on location, especially rural areas.
  • Times may also vary due to delays or due to unforeseen changes/delays. The Keepers Club take no responsibly for delays relating to factors outside of our control*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Currently we are offering international shipping to the US (More countries coming soon!)

  • Flat Rate Shipping cost is $20USD.

  • All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, tariffs and import taxes are prepaid at checkout. 

  • We use Australia Post’s Standard International shipping service.

  • If you spend more than $175USD we offer Free Shipping. 

If you place an order from our store for delivery outside Australia, you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All foreign taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices of our items or shipping fees.

Unfortunately we have no control over these duties. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

We will not be responsible in any way for any additional charges imposed on your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order and shipping details.
  • Be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive this from us.

CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible at info@thekeeperclub.com.au with the correct address and your order number and we will do out best to update. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.

OTHER

  • Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
  • If orders are undeliverable for any reason (not collected from post office) and returned to us, we can only re-send if a second shipping charge is paid.
  • If your order hasn't arrived in the expected time please contact us at info@thekeepersclub.com.au
